Technical formula and process flow of polystyrene concrete blocks

The polystyrene concrete blocks produced by industrial waste residues include the main body of polystyrene concrete blocks. The main body of polystyrene concrete blocks is formed by pouring and curing the foam made of block slurry mixed with foaming agent, and then cut to obtain specific finished product specifications.

The formula of polystyrene concrete block slurry is: ordinary silicate cement-40%, high-performance concrete mineral admixture-50%, polystyrene particles-10%, alkali-resistant short-cut anti-cracking reinforcing fiber-0.2% (external addition), high-efficiency dispersant-0.02% (external addition); Among them, the high-performance concrete mineral admixture is composed of industrial waste residues such as slag, slag, and fly ash.

The formula of polystyrene concrete block foaming agent is: 50% sodium dodecyl sulfate, 35% sodium dodecyl sulfonate, 15% triethanolamine, and 0.02% sodium hexametaphosphate (external addition). The ratio of foaming agent to tap water can be diluted at 1:50 in summer, and the pressure of the air compressor is between 0.5 and 0.8 MPa.

The formula of high-grade fatty acid water-based isolation agent is: 10% high-grade fatty acid, 0.2% polyol polymer (external addition), 3% sodium hydroxide, and 87% water.

Formula of industrial waste slag self-insulating blocks

The production process of polystyrene concrete blocks produced by industrial waste slag includes the following steps:

Step 1: Foaming

The foaming agent is diluted with tap water at a ratio of 1:40, and added to the foaming tank after dilution. Compressed air is passed into the foaming tank by an air compressor. The foaming agent is stirred by compressed air to form a foam with a bubble diameter of ≤1mm for standby use;

Step 2: Slurrying, pouring, and pre-curing

Ordinary silicate cement, high-performance concrete mineral admixtures, polystyrene particles, alkali-resistant short-cut anti-cracking reinforcement of the polystyrene concrete block slurry formula are mixed with water. After the raw materials such as fiber and high-efficiency dispersant are accurately measured by the microcomputer batching system in proportion, they are added to the forced double-shaft mixer for stirring. After stirring for nearly two minutes, the foam is added and stirred for another minute. The slurry is evenly poured into the pre-prepared mold and scraped flat, and then placed in the steam pre-curing room for curing;

Step 3: demoulding and natural curing

Demolding after 3 to 4 hours of pre-curing, and entering natural curing after demoulding. If the curing time is shortened, a simple curing room can be built; Note: Demolding can use high-grade fatty acid water-based isolation agents, such as waste oil.

Step 4: Cutting, stacking, packaging, inspection

After curing, the block body reaches the strength and enters the automatic circular saw cutting line. It is cut according to the required size. The cut blocks are stacked and packaged into the warehouse through automatic stacking. The finished product can be obtained after passing the inspection.
